Training Of Recruitment Skills
The training of recruitment skills focuses on acquiring or enhancement of skills required for quality and expert evaluation of potential and personality of candidates applying for vacancies.
The training is intended especially for:
- HR department employees responsible for recruiting
- HR managers
- members of tender committees who participate in employee recruiting (department managers, future direct superiors)
The content and scope of the training is assimilated to individual requirements of the client, especially with regard to:
- the field it is active in (IT, finances, pharmacy, production etc.)
- circle of vacancies to be filled (operators, assistants, specialists, management etc.)
- current professional experience of individual participants of the training in the field of recruiting (as well as for inexperienced participants)
The training is executed in both individual and group form (max. 10 participants per group).
